MasterJavi Smoked Short Beef Ribs

1️⃣ Prep Your Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 250°F (low & slow is key).
Set up your smoker for indirect heat (I like to use a deflector plate).

2️⃣ Prep & Smoke

Use mustard as a binder—this helps the seasoning stick but won’t affect flavor.
Coat the ribs generously with
#MasterJaviSeasoning - Origial on all sides.
Insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of the meat.
Place ribs bone-side down on the top grate.

3️⃣ Maintain & Monitor

Spritz with apple juice every 45 minutes to keep the surface moist.
When the internal temp reaches 165°F, wrap the ribs tightly in butcher paper to lock in juices.

4️⃣ The Final Stretch

Keep cooking until ribs reach 203°F (this is when they’re perfectly tender).

🛑 DO NOT skip resting! Wrap ribs in butcher paper and let them rest for at least 30 minutes in a food warmer or insulated cooler.

✨ Slice & Enjoy! The meat should be juicy, tender, and packed with smoky flavor. 

MasterJavi One-Pan Lasagna

1️⃣ Prep & Sauté
Chop 1 onion & 1 bell pepper into small cubes.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and break it apart as it cooks.

Season generously with #MasterJaviSeasoning - Original.

2️⃣ Build the Sauce
Once the beef starts to brown and dry, add chopped peppers & onions.
Taste & adjust with more MasterJavi if needed.
When onions soften, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 sec).
Stir in diced tomatoes, vodka sauce, and 1/2 cup of water (helps cook the pasta).

3️⃣ Pasta + Cheese Magic
Break lasagna sheets into smaller pieces and fully submerge them in the sauce.
Scatter cream cheese & ricotta cubes evenly around the pan.

Sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella & cheddar over everything.

4️⃣ Simmer & Finish Strong
Cover and let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes (until pasta is tender).
Sprinkle extra mozzarella & cheddar on top while the pan is hot.
Cover for a few minutes to get that perfect, stringy cheese pull!

MasterJavi Tomahawk Steak

1️⃣ Fire Up the Grill

Preheat your grill to 475°F.

2️⃣ Season & Sear

Lay steak flat and generously season each side with #MasterJaviSeasoning
Place ribs over direct fire for 4 minutes each side

3️⃣ Indirect Heat

Grill over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 133F

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

MasterJavi Grilled Beef Ribs

1️⃣ Fire Up the Grill
Preheat your grill to 450°F.
Place a deflector plate for even heat distribution.

2️⃣ Season & Sear
Lay ribs flat and lightly season one side with
#MasterJaviSeasoning
Place ribs on the grate with the seasoned side facing down.
Lightly season the top while the bottom sears.

3️⃣ Perfect Results
Grill for 12-16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes.
Rotate the middle ribs to the hot zone to ensure even cooking.

4️⃣ Serve While Sizzling!
Take them off the grill when they’re caramelized to your liking
